Germany's Degussa high performance polymer company recently announced a 10% increase in the price of its trademark, vestenemer8012, trans Polyoctene rubber (TOR).
Tor is a thermoplastic polymer, which is usually used as a new type of rubber modifier in the production of extruded products (such as rubber tubes), injection molding products, calendered products and tires. The product can improve the processing performance of the compound, without the disadvantages of traditional processing aids. It has compatibility and compatibility with almost all kinds of adhesives, and even can be used in polymers such as EPDM and NBR which are usually incompatible with traditional processing aids.
